Who benefits from KT Method?
The KT Method was created for those seeking “year-round” care that centers around any one of our 3P’s: Pain, Performance, Prevention. Individuals that are appropriate for this model typically…
Are looking to improve their mobility/strength, posture, balance, performance, etc.
Are involved in professional pursuits that leave their body in pain and their bodies feeling “off” by the end of the day
Want their particular needs addressed through a holistic lens
What do you actually do?
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified in Orthopedics (OCS), with additional certification in dry needling (CMTPT). I don't treat symptoms in isolation — I look at how the entire kinetic chain moves, find where the real dysfunction is hiding, and build a plan around it. Bluntly put: I get your body working again.
I’m looking to improve the wellness of my team, what do your workshops entail?
PKT’s Wellness Workshops are composed of two 1-hr blocks, this allows me to see up to 8 individuals per workshop to curb unnecessary disruption to your office’s workflow and ensure that all participants are provided with quality guidance and treatment. Each block is divided into two halves: discussion and treatment/practical application.
By the end of the workshop, your team will have tools to assist them in addressing chronic pain, mobility limitations, and work ergonomics incurred during a typical workday. Additionally, participants will receive a brief treatment consisting of trigger point dry needling, assisted soft-tissue mobilization, or percussive massage therapy depending on their needs and PT-determined appropriateness for the selected intervention.
What do the wellness workshops entail?
Each workshop runs two one-hour blocks, accommodating up to eight participants — structured to minimize disruption to your team's day while ensuring everyone gets quality, individualized attention.
Every block is split between education and hands-on treatment. The discussion half covers chronic pain, mobility limitations, and work ergonomics specific to a typical workday. The treatment half is individualized — each participant receives dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, or percussive massage therapy based on their needs and clinical appropriateness.
Your team leaves with real tools they can use — not a handout.
That sounds great — what does it cost and how do we get started?
$990 per workshop. Easy, click here and send an email with "WORKSHOP" in the subject line, your name, and the number of employees attending. We'll go from there.
I haven’t exercised in months/years after getting hurt. I’m nervous to get started again. Is the KT method a good fit for me?
The number one risk factor for future injury is a previous history of injury. But that doesn't mean you're stuck. It means you need a smarter starting point.
The process is straightforward: reset faulty movement patterns, reinforce them through targeted exercise, then reload to build strength on a solid foundation. That's it. What you won't find here is the reactive, one-size-fits-all approach that left you back at square one last time. Every plan starts with understanding exactly how your body is moving — and why — before we ever add load or intensity.
You don't have to be afraid of moving again. You just need the right starting point.
Why don’t you accept insurance?
Premier KT is a cash-pay practice — payment is due at the time of service. Insurance reimbursement structures limit session length and dictate treatment, which compromises care. Operating outside that system means no restrictions on what we work on or how we get you there.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Physical therapy services are eligible for reimbursement through most HSA/FSA plans. Please note: the KT Method tier does not qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. For PKT M.A.P. members, itemized receipts are available upon request at the end of your billing period.
This sounds great, how do I sign up?
Easy, click here —"KT METHOD" or "PKT MAP" in the subject line, leave your phone number and a time range to reach you, and we'll connect to see if it's the right fit for you.
