Philosophy

With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, I deeply understand that regular maintenance not only keeps the body healthy and active with age but also serves to foster connection between mind and how we move. Becoming aware of how we’re moving prior to getting hurt not only can reduce the risk of future injury but perhaps, more importantly, enrich our lives doing the things we love when we are healthy. Further, I believe all human beings are capable of self-care; and that education is one of the most important vehicles along the journey to self-empowerment. To quote a mentor of mine “the goal of training isn’t to change how the body looks; but to improve how it moves.”
